How Territory Exclusivity Works

Is the clinic website really 100% free?

Yes. Under Tier 1 ("Free Website"), we build, host, and maintain your clinic’s website at 0% cost. There are no setup fees or fixed monthly subscriptions.

How is the 3–5km exclusivity zone protected?

A request does not reserve a geography. After the administrator reviews all pending requests and approves one clinic, that clinic receives portal access and the geography is assigned exclusively while the partnership remains active or suspended.

What if my zone is marked as Locked (🔴)?

An active or suspended clinic assignment cannot be overridden. You may select an available nearby geography. If Aika later ends the existing partnership, that geography becomes available for new requests.

Can I upgrade to CRM & Patient Acquisition later?

Yes. CRM and patient-acquisition services are optional future upgrades. Your approved clinic portal and geography assignment do not depend on buying those modules.
